My Story

Hi, I'm Andrew Zeng, the owner of Paw Stays. My journey with pet care began with my lifelong love for animals. Growing up with various pets, I've always had a special connection with our furry companions.

I started Paw Stays because I noticed many pet owners struggling to find personalized care for their pets when they needed to travel. I wanted to create a homey alternative to large kennels where pets often don't receive individual attention.

My Approach

At Paw Stays, I believe every pet deserves individual attention and care. My cozy apartment in Queens provides a home-like environment where your pet can feel comfortable while you're away. I only take one client at a time so I can focus entirely on your pet's needs and happiness.

Booking Information

Booking Guidelines

  • Bookings should be made at least 48 hours in advance when possible.
  • All pets must be up-to-date on required vaccinations.
  • I require a 50% deposit to secure your booking.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Check-in hours: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM
  • Check-out hours: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (late check-out available)
